Shipping Policy:
All orders will be processed through USPS and UPS throughout the USA. If the order is delivered incorrectly, or if there are issues in transit please contact the carrier to situate the issue. If you are still unable to receive your package email us at genmukumotori@gmail.com for further assistance.
For International Customers:
In the case that the system inaccurately calculates shipping costs, we reserve the rights to email the customer and request that they cover the remaining shipping costs if it does not cover the shipping cost. International customers also understand that shipping will take longer. Any customs fees, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and Import Taxes are charged upon delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on weight for domestic (within US) and international.
How long does it take to receive my items?
It takes about 7 days to process the order, and it takes 1-2 weeks for the package to arrive. For international orders, it should take longer and time variety depending on location, please check your tracking number to see the estimate delivery date.
*For Pre-Order Items takes at least 2 months after pre-order sale ends because that's the minimum production time and shipping time.
Returns, Refund, Exchanges, Damages & Address Changes
30 days return policy. After 30 days, we do not take refunds. If product are errored or damage during the process, please email genmukumotori@gmail.com with the item's condition, and we will refund or exchange the items. If you have any address changes, please send the update to genmukumotori@gmail.com with your order number before the item has been shipped.
